We are currently recruiting for the below roles within our Malta office...

  • Pension Administrator
    • This role is varied and deals with the daily administration of pension schemes including liaison with members, intermediaries and other professional advisers. It will also encompass learning and involvement in other areas of our business. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational ability together with good written and oral communication skills.
  • Reconciliations Administrator
    • This role will deal with daily reconciliations and book keeping of investments for pension schemes. It will also encompass learning and involvement in other areas of our business. The ideal candidate should be numerate and accurate with some general bookkeeping experience.
  • Investment Administrator
    • This role will deal with daily investment administration of the scheme assets, the preparation of reconciliations, payments administration and account opening together with ongoing investment performance reviews. It will also encompass learning and involvement in other areas of our business. The ideal candidate should be both numerate and accurate as well as having a good general knowledge of investment products.

For each role it is preferred that candidates have one to two years' experience of working in an office and ideally in a pension or similar fiduciary related environment. The ability to communicate clearly and confidently are also important for each role. The successful candidates will be able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels and will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package.

  • Senior Private Client Administrator [Job description]
    • As Senior Private Client Administrator your aim will be to provide a first class administration service to a portfolio of complex private client trust and company structures involved in high value luxury assets and family wealth. You will be the first point of contact for other team members and will be expected to advise and assist them as necessary and take a pro-active role in identifying training needs and aiding team development. An important aspect will be to develop relationships with intermediaries and ensure clients receive high quality and value for money service from them. You will be expected to review and correct work prepared by team members and encourage high standards.
